Polar Opposites

In a week of extreme weather across the globe, we should spare a thought for those animals that have, ahem... felt like fish out of water. From top left (running anti-clockwise): Mendoza’s famous polar bear, Arturo, takes a swim to escape the scorching heat; in Rio de Janeiro, where temperatures reached 48 degrees Celsius, Paulinho the chimpanzee has a whale of a time enjoying an ice lolly treat;
