US dollar rises to 6,29; 'blue' climbs to 9,60
The US currency rose half a cent today in Buenos Aires City exchange offices and banks to 6.295 (selling price). The currency is closing the week with a three and a half-cent hike after climbing 10 cents previous week.
The so called “blue” dollar which trades in the informal market climbed 9.60.
Meanwhile, Buenos Aires stocks advanced 0,7 percent, with the Merval benchmark stock index at 5.258,27 points.
