In Saturday’s “All-time World Cup table,” the “all-time rankings” preceding country names remained unchanged from the pre-draw “dress rehearsal” table (which filled the groups according to alphabetical order). As a result only the rankings of Brazil, Russia and Portugal are correctly given (1st, 12th and 19th respectively). For the other 28 (since Bosnia has no World Cup history), the correct all-tine rankings are as follows — Group A: Mexico 13th, Cameroon 28th and Croatia 29th,; Group B: Spain 6th, Holland 8th, Chile 21st and Australia 43rd; Group C: Colombia 40th, Japan 33rd, Ivory Coast 50th and Greece 64th; Group D: Uruguay 9th, Italy 3rd, England 5th and Costa Rica 42nd; Group E: Switzerland 22nd, France 7th, Ecuador 46th and Honduras 55th; Group F: Argentina 4th, Nigeria 37th and Iran 53rd; Group G: Germany 2nd, United States 24th and Ghana 36th; and Group H: Belgium 17th, South Korea 26th and Algeria 47th. Apart from this systemic error, the only other mistake was to incorrectly show Russia, Costa Rica and Iran as having played in the 2010 South Africa tournament by marking them in capitals.
