CFK steps down from campaign
President Cristina Kirchner was expected to appear in numerous political rallies across the country, starting next Monday, as a part of the campaign for the upcoming legislative elections of October 27th.
For next Monday, a presentation of a scientific award to a distinguish Argentine woman was planned, followed by three different video conferences
The first one was supposed to link the head of state with her Vice President Amado Boudou, in the French town of Cannes and INCAA’s film institute director Liliana Mazure, during a television industry exhibition.
Later, a pump station owned by YPF was supposed to be inaugurated in “El Caitén”, Santa Cruz.
Finally, in Cordoba, the inauguration of construction works for the local University were expected to take place there.
However, Fernández de Kirchner was diagnosed with a chronic subdural hematoma and prescribed one month off after suffering the cardiac arrhythmia, according to the Government House.
Vice President Amado Boudou will take the Cabinet for the upcoming 30 days.
