Budget: Di Tullio urges opposition to act 'responsibly'
Kirchnerite MP Juliana Di Tullio has called for “responsibility” among the political leadership to discuss the budget law tomorrow at the Lower House after certain opposition voices anticipated their rejection to the 2014 budget. Still, the MP said the ruling Victory Front will secure the necessary quorum to start the debate.
“The Budget will be addressed tomorrow and we call for responsibility among the opposition”, the chief of the Kirchnerite caucus at the Lower House told reporters today and added the government counts with the 129-MP quorum needed for parliamentary debate.
“We have already lived this scenario but what they should know is that it is not the government they are leaving without a budget but Argentineans,” the Victory Front lawmaker insisted as she alluded to the position of anti-Kirchnerite blocs rejecting the 2012 budget bill.
