Ferreyra Case: Plaintiff claims 25 years in prison for Pedraza
The plaintiff headed by those injured in the attack that ended with the death of Workers Party (PO) activist Mariano Ferreyra claimed today a 25 year in prison sentence for union leader José Pedraza.
They also called the "detention of Pedraza" and the other 16 suspects, 7 policemen among them.
Earlier, another plaintiff stated that the activist of the PO "was killed by the defence of the business" of the Train Union (UF).
"It was a political crime against the workers' class," assured attorney Claudia Ferrero, who represents Elsa Rodríguez and Nelson Aguirre, injured in the attack of October 20, 2010.
The other suspects in the case are Cristian Favale and Gabriel Sánchez (alleged perpetrators), Pablo Díaz, Guillermo Uño, Francisco Pipitó, Claudio Arcorcel, Jorge González and seven Federal policemen, Mayor Hugo Lompinazo among them - accused of living the area without police presence.
