Property sales plummet 27% in 2012

Property sales in the City plummeted a 27 percent in the City during 2012, a new study showed.

According to analysts, 46,627 deeds were signed in 2012, which represents a significant 27 percent shrinkage in comparison to 2011.

Sales contracted a 21.2 percent, standing at 21.4 billion pesos.

Last December, the sales dropped a total of 29.3 percent when compares to the same month in 2011, with a total 4,474 commercial operations.
