Posse calls Tribilín abusive teachers 'criminals'

San Isidro mayor Gustavo Posse said he was clear of all responsibility in the scandal involving de Tribilín day care centre, where teachers abused children on a regular basis, and assured that “the centre had no legal permit to function.”

“These were people who were registered as monotributistas (a special tax category that releases the sole proprietor from having to abide by the national tax system), they lied to the parents and it ended up in abuse,” Posse added, assuring that those running the day care centre are “pathological criminals.”
