Puricelli visits site of Santísima Trinidad sinking

After visiting the Puerto Belgrano Naval Base in Bahía Blanca, Defence minister Arturo Puricelli assured that “it is in the Navy’s best interest to find out the real reasons behind the sinking of the Santísima Trinidad.”

While heading a meeting to decide on the course of the investigation, Puricelli demanded “absolute transparency and objectivity” in order to find out “exactly what happened”.

Official sources disclosed that a decision will be made soon on the person in charge of leading the case.
