Adam Lanza, the alleged shooter
People gather at the scene of a mass school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
A 20-year-old gunned man entered to an elementary school in Connecticut, killing at least 27 people, including 20 children, according to the State Police.
The shooter, identified as Adam Lanza, from New Jersey, committed suicide after the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown.
Meanwhile, the police is questioned his brother, Ryan, but ruled out any link with the massacre.
At first, it was said Lanza had killed his mother Nancy at the school, but authorities later stated that the woman was found dead at her apartment.
