Eight killed in road accidents in Buenos Aires province

At least eight people were killed today in car accidents today in Buenos Aires province. The first took place in Mar del Plata, the other in the area of Burzaco, south of the province.

The first accident took place early this morning when six people were killed in a head-on crash along Route 88, south of Mar del Plata City at the junction with kilometre 59.

According to police sources, a Peugeot Partner collided head-on with a Ford Focus.

The causes of the crash were not yet revealed.

Due to the impact of the crash, there were no survivors in the accident.
