Public health emergency declared in the City
A mother and her children pictured in downtown Buenos Aires today, wearing masks because of the strong smell caused by the toxic gas cloud.
The Security Ministry declared today a public health and security emergency due to the toxic gas cloud being given off by a shipping container after it caught fire, in the port of Buenos Aires.
The ministry recommended that ahead of any strange symptoms, the public call 107.
The naval command, border guards, federal police and aeronautical police were working with the city health system, in order to ensure people’s safety,
