President suspends trip to Peru after medical recommendation
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner will fail to assist the VI Summit of the Unasur states in Peru, as her personal doctors "diagnosed back pains," the government announced today.
According to the presidential spokesman, Alfredo Scoccimarro, Vice-President Amado Boudou will travel to the Peruvian capital city instead of the Head of State.
