Economy slightly grows in September
The economy grew only 0.1 percent in September year-on-year, being the third consecutive month of gains in the GDP, it had advanced 1.4 percent in August and 2.7 percent in July, according to the Indec national statistics bureau.
The official data also reported that the economic activity has climbed 0.3 percent against August.
Earlier this year, the agency's Economic Activity Monthly Estimator (EMAE) had reported drops in May and June, of 0.8 percent and 0.1 percent, respectively.
The economy has accumulated a 2.1 percent increase during 2012 so far.
