Kirchnerites willing to approve 'Per Saltum' this week
The Lower House of Congress will session on Wednesday, as the pro-goverment bloc is willing to approve the "Per Saltum" bill.
The Victory Front will debate the bill that regulates an extraordinary appeal to let the Supreme Court decide on “serious institutional cases” which require a “swift, definite solution” without going through lower courts first.
The opposition blocs are against this bill, as well as Kirchnerite lawmaker Jorge Yoma, who presented his own ruling.
Lower House lawmakers in the Constitutional Affairs and Justice committee rapidly approved the ‘per saltum’ bill on November 1, after it was preliminary approved the previous day 43 to 26 votes in the Senate.
