TV host Marcelo Tinelli given all clear by doctors

TV host Marcelo Tinelli was given the all clear this afternoon by doctors after checking into hospital with abdominal pain.

Early rumours circulated that the Showmatch host could be suffering from appendicitis, however it was ruled out by doctors and the television presenter was allowed to go home.

The doctor treating the celebrity, Rodrígo Di Yorio confirmed that he had a swollen abdomen, but that it was not considered a surgical case and that he recommended bed rest.

Tinelli was taken to Sanatorio de la Trinidad clinic in the city neighbourhood of Palermo at around 10 am this morning.
