Del Potro flies through to Vienna semi-finals
Argentina´s Juan Martin Del Potro celebrates after winning against Australia''s Marinko Matosevic after their quarter final match as part of the Vienna ATP 250 tennis tournament held in Vienna, on October 19, 2012.
Argentine top seed Juan Martín Del Potro flew through to the semi-finals of the ATP tennis tour in Vienna today, after beating his Australian opponent Marinko Matosevic in two 6-2 sets.
Del Potro, currently number eight in the world ranking, defeated Matosevic in an hour and 13 minutes. Tomorrow he will face Gilles Muller, from Luxembourg.
The Argentine top player is competing again after taking a month off due to an injury to his left wrist.
