Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks closed higher today. The Merval benchmark stock index moved up by 0.9 percent hitting 2,427.33 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk remained unchanged and stood at 851 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
