CFK arrives in Santa Cruz to spend the weekend

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner traveled to Santa Cruz, where she arrived after flying in a private plane, due to the fact that the official Tango01 airplane is undergoing maintenance in the US.

The Head of State departed shortly after 3.30 pm to Santa Cruz, where she will spend the weekend with her children Máximo and Florencia, after a month’s absence.

Her trips to New York, where she took part of the annual UN General Assemly and t Peru, where she took part of the South American-Arab countries summit prevented her from flying sooner.

She was scheduled to return to Río Gallegos last weekend, but chose to stay back in Buenos Aires to monitor the Border Guards and Coastal Guards wage protest.
