Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks edged lower in today's trade with the Merval benchmark stock index dropping by 0.4 percent to 2,455.81 points.

Argentina's country-risk was down by 0.9 percent, standing at 874 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
