Budget 2013 bill cleared for debate in Lower House
The 2013 Budget bill was cleared for debate in the Lower House with 29 votes in favour and will be debated on floor next wek.
Twenty seven lawmakers of the Victory Front and two additional allies –Carlos Heller, fromm Nuevo Encuentro party, and Cristián Oliva, of the Civic Front of Santiago del Estero voted in favour of the measure.
Earliert today, Head of the Victory Front caucus in the Senate Agustín Rossi, showed confidence today in that the pro-government lawmakers would approve the Budget 2013 bill in the committee meeting held today by the Budget and Treasury, allowing it to be cleared for debate.
“We believe that it will be dealt with and be able to put it through next week,” Rossi said.
