Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks edged higher today, as the Merval benchmark index rose 0.3 percent to 2,458.46 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 2.7 percent to 873 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
