Construction falls 8.1% in August

The Indec national statistics bureau reported that the construction activity plummeted 8.1 percent in August year-on-year, and also 8.1 percent against July.

The Construction Activity Synthetic Index (ISAC) fell for the fifth consecutive month and to similar levels to the ones registered in May. During the first eight months of the year it has accumulated a 1.8 percent drop.
