Buenos Aires stocks move up

Buenos Aires stocks were higher in early trade today with the Merval benchmark stock index increasing by 1.3 percent to 2,533.95 points.

So far this week it has accumulated losses of 0.3%, and gains of 3.8% this month.

Argentina's country-risk fell by 1.7 percent, standing at 851 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
