Buenos Aires stocks slightly up

Buenos Aires stocks edged higher today, as the Merval benchmark index rose slightly by 0.1 percent to 2,493.85 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 1.4 percent to 869 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
