Buenos Aires stocks slightly up

Buenos Aires stocks edged slightly up today, as the Merval benchmark index was up by 0.5 percent to 2,491.82 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk rose by 2.8 percent to 871 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
