Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks rose today, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 1.2 percent to 2,436.823 points.

Argentina's country-risk was higher by 1.9 percent, standing at 934 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
