Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks rose today, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 1.5 percent to 2,406.52 points.

Argentina's country-risk fell by 2.1 percent, standing at 951 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
