Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks ended lower today, with the Merval benchmark stock index falling 1 percent to 2,381.96 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 0.4 percent at 977 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
