Buenos Aires stocks higher

Buenos Aires stocks rose today, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 1 percent to 2,405.14 points.

Argentina's country-risk fell by 3.7 percent, standing at 981 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
