Congress passes bill declaring 9/24 a one-time national holiday
Senate officials voted in favour of declaring next September 24th a one-time national holiday.
The Upper House voted in favour of passing a bill declaring next Monday September 24th a one-time national holiday in order to commemorate the bicentennial of the Battle of Tucumán.
The bill had already obtained preliminary approval by the Lower House a few weeks ago.
