Cristian Lanatta, one of the four men accused of the triple crime, denounced he was beaten and threatened by four men who entered to his house located in Quilmes district, Buenos Aires province, and warned him over the trial.

Police sources reported that the episode occurred on Tuesday at 23:30 at the house were Lanatta was sent for home arrest.

On Monday, public prosecutor Juan Bidone said he expected Lanatta, Víctor Schillaci and Marcelo Schillaci to be found guilty of all charges and lamented the fact that the fifth accused, Ibar Pérez Corradi, was still a fugitive of the law.

The three victims were murdered in 2008 and were believed to be connected to an ephedrine drug trafficking rim.
