Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks edged down today, with the Merval benchmark stock index losing 0.1percent to 2,445.44 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell 0.7 percent to 1,017 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
