Israel accuses Iran of accelerating work towards atomic weapons

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused Iran today of making "accelerated progress towards achieving nuclear weapons", adding that it was "totally ignoring" Western demands to rein in its atomic programme.
