Amid tension with Nat'l Gov't, De la Sota meets with Macri

Buenos Aires City Mayor Mauricio Macri meets with Córdoba province Governor, José De la Sota.

Amid clashes in Córdoba province, Governor José Manuel De la Sota received Buenos Aires City Mayor Mauricio Macri to discuss a joint collaboration.

Macri's visit came after a protest of state workers and the crossfire between the province and the National Government.

Macri inaugurated the Buenos Aires City headquarters in Córdoba province and called for the joint work between the country and the provincies "to build a real federalism with opportunities for everybody."

"This agreement with Córdoba allows us to work together, because we can't face the great challenges before us with the view of a city or a province, but as a part of a same federal country," he affirmed.

Furthermore, after the press conference it was said that the mayor had presented a request to the Government House to resume the debate over the subway service transfer.
