Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks edged down today, with the Merval benchmark stock index edging down by 0.2 percent to 2,435.70 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk edged up 0.6 percent to 1,020 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
