Independiente's president says hooligans behind molotov attack
After Sunday's 2-0 defeat against classic rivals Racing Club, Independiente's offices were attacked with a molotov cocktail bomb during last night by hooligans, according to Independiente's president Javier Cantero.
In talks with reporters, Cantero blamed the gang led by hooligan boss Pablo "Bebote" Alvarez for the attack to the club's offices located at Boyacá 470 in the BA City.
Likewise, Cantero explained that vandals also broke into the stadium offices and stole numerous computers containing vital information such as files containing the names of hooligans which are going through an identification process in order to be banned from attending games.
