Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks were 0.3 percent higher today, with the Merval benchmark stock index reaching 2,458.81 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell 0.9 percent and stood at 1,031 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
