Flights suspended in Aeroparque due to fog
A dense fogbank covering a large part of Buenos Aires was forcing the Aeroparque Metropolitan airport authorities to suspend all operations and reroute flights to the Ezeiza airport, sources reported.
Both departures and arrivals were cancelled or rerouted to Ezeiza or other airports such as the ones from Córdoba and Rosario, airline companies said.
The fogbank fell over Buenos Aires on Sunday afternoon and weather conditions worsened after sunset, affecting visibility in the City.
