Tax revenue climbs 28.2% in July

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner announced that the tax revenue has climbed 28.2 percent in July, reaching 61.317 billion pesos, year-on-year.

"I want to tell you that the fiscal surplus in July was 28.2 percent higher than the one registered the same month last year, a record we already had in July 2011, which totalled 61.317 billion pesos," Fernández de Kirchner affirmed.

The AFIP revenue office reported in July last year that it had reached 47.844 billion pesos.

The Head of State brought forward the official revenue of the seventh month of 2012 during the celebration of the 158 anniversary of the Buenos Aires Stocks Exchange.
