Rower Fernández advances to semis
Santiago Fernández qualified to the semi-finals of the Men’s rowing single sculls after finishing second in this morning’s quarterfinal 3 round with a time of 7:01.57 trailing Swedish Lassi Karonen who finished with a time of 6:57.06.
Third was Chinese Liang Zhang (7:02.03) followed by India’s Sawarn Singh (7:11.59); US Kenneth Jurkowski (7:18.27); and Egyptian Nour El Din Hassanein (7:23.12)
