Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks closed higher today with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 0.5 percent to 2,398.82 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina’s country-risk fell 1.1 percent at 1,134 basis-points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
