Aeroparque flights back to normal
Flights were beginning to normalise today, following the delays caused last night due to heavy fog.
Flight schedules at Jorge Newbery Metropolitan airport were slowly beginning to normalise after severe delays and cancellations affected domestic flights overnight due to low-lying fog, airport sources said.
The first flights of the day took off without great delays, however due to the back up of flights from the night before; some delays are expected throughout the day today.
Last night many flights were cancelled, and some were diverted to other airports due to the thick fog that was affecting the area.
As a consequence, last night Aerolíneas Argentinas diverted five of their flights to Córdoba and two to Mendoza, causing some delays today.
