Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks were higher today with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 2.9  percent to 2,505.54 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk remained unchanged at 1,088 basis-points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
