UIA: Industrial output plummets 5.1% in May

The industrial output registered a 5.1 percent drop in May compared to the same period in 2011, according to the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA).

Nevertheless, the activity has climbed 2 percent against the previous month.

The data of the first five months of the year remained flat compared to the same period last year.
