Buenos Aires stock edge up

Buenos Aires stocks closed up, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 1.3 percent to 2,381.38 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk was down 2 percent to 1,075 basis-points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
