'We must stand together instead of focusing on individual matters,' Boudou
Vice-President Amado Boudou warned that in order to maintain growth and development in the country “we must all stand together instead of focusing on individual matters or related to a specific area.”
“We must keep in mind that this is not the time for candidacies or personal whims,” he said at the centennial celebrations of the town of Noetinger in Córdoba.
While addressing the media, Boudou assured that “unfortunately in the last month we have seen several important political leaders in the country prioritizing their personal goals over the population’s and this is neither a time for candidacies nor extreme positions, but to make an effort in order to keep growing.”
The Vice-President also praised the Néstor and Cristina Fernández de Kirchner’s administrations, by contrasting the realities affecting Argentina in 2003 and 2012.
“It is clear that they are very different from each other,” he stated.
“Of course there is still a lot to be done, but we can also look at ourselves with pride and say that us Argentines have managed to move on, and that at the same time we need to keep working in that direction,” he added.
