Buenos Aires stocks close edging up

Buenos Aires stocks closed slightly higher with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 1.93 percent to 2,415.12 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell 1.56 percent, at 1,071 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
