Flights delayed out of Aeroparque

Some flights were delayed out of Aeroparque this morning due to some Air Traffic controllers being on strike.

A lack of Air Traffic controllers at Jorge Newbery Metropolitan airport caused slight delays on flights across all airlines Tuesday morning. Flights did not take off out of the airport from 00.00 am to 6 am due to the workers' absence.

Flights due to arrive to the airport on Monday morning, were redirected to Ezeiza international airport.

On Monday night, one outgoing LAN flight was cancelled.

On Tuesday morning, delays of around half an hour affected Aerolíneas Argentinas, Austral and LAN departure flights.

Delays on services affected arrivals and departures throughout the day and for the rest of the week due to the small group of Air Traffic controllers’ strike.
