Last Once train crash detainee released
A court ordered the release of Carlos Alberto Lluch, a lawyer for Trenes de Buenos Aires, who is accused of withholding important documentation concerned to the probe of the Once train crash.
According to judicial sources, the court granted Lluch’ release on bail, thus revoking a previous ruling by Federal Judge Claudio Bonadío, who had dismissed a previous release request.
Likewise, the same court confirmed the rulings of the release of TBA heads Sergio Tempone nd Daniel Rubio. Thus, there are no detainees in the case, because Claudio Cirigliano and Carlos Michelle Ferrari where released earlier this month.
The Once train crash left 51 dead and over 700 injured in February 22nd.
